The founder of Tenza-Zondi Attorneys, Zinhle Precious Tenza, completed her LLB degree and Law School at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She then started working for the Legal Aid Board as an article clerk. After completing her articles, she joined LIPCO as a legal advisor dealing with criminal, civil and insurance law.
After being admitted as an attorney, she then worked as an associate for M.H Mathonsi and Associates where she continued with magistrate and high court litigation. She thereafter joined the Department of Transport as a legal administration officer within the Legal Services Department. She was later appointed as the Deputy Chairperson of the adjudication committee, which was previously known as the KwaZulu-Natal Licencing Board.
Based on her experience and expertise in Corporate Law, she was further appointed as a member for the Audit and PMS Committee of Inkandla Municipality.
She has since decided that she could provide a much better service to the public, government and businesses by offering her services on a more personal level, and thus started her own legal firm.
She is a member of the Black Lawyers Association and a member of the Institute of Directors Southern Africa.
The firm was founded out of a need for a highly skilled and experiences black commercial/corporate firm in Pietermaritzburg. She saw the need to establish a firm that would render multi-disciplinary legal and related services to government departments and government entities. The firm seeks to build a good reputation by providing high quality legal services and adding great value to its clients and business.
The firm is strategically located in the capital city of KwaZulu-Natal in order to provide its clients with speedy, expert legal advice and continuous support that will ensure lasting relationships.
Tenza-Zondi Attorneys is registered with the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society. It has been issued with the requisite Fidelity Fund Certificate from the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society.
